The meter reading and timings are calculated from vendor
garage and back.
After
10 Pm Driver Night Allowance Rs. 200 will be charged Extra.
Per day
kilometre limit 250 will be applicable for out station.
Parking fees, toll, Interstate & service taxes will be
extra as per actual.
Fuel, Driver's salary, Car maintenance, RTO charges and
Insurance of the car will be borne by us.
If cars going to Manali, so for the Rohtang Pass you have
to hire local vehicle as per the rule of Himanchal Government.
Car will be chauffeur driven and strictly not for self
drive.
Rates will vary subsequently as and when the Fuel rates go
up.
Any change in travel plan has to be informed beforehand.
Unscheduled changes shall entail extra costs as applicable.
Rates can be change because of the changes in Government
Taxes.
The vendor reserves the
right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.

Incase of any
difficulty while touring / holidaying, kindly inform us on urgent basis so that
we can resolve the matter on the spot. Money could not be refunded for unused
service.
For cancellation made within 24 hours of booking or no
show, full booking cost will be charged. In other cases, no cancellation fee
will be charged.
Booking will not entertained without the 30%
advance payment.

Mobile phone can be provided to the customer at an extra
charge.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation & No- Show Policy:
Before 45 days of check in: 10% of total amount.
07 -15 days or more before the date of Check-In: 25% of total amount.
03 -07 days from the date of Check-In: 50% of total amount.
48 hours prior to date of travel / no show: 70% of total
amount would be charged as retention.
24 hours or more : 100% of total amount would be charged as
retention.
